A virtual appliance is a virtual machine image designed to make use of virtualization technology (we recommend VMWare Server or Virtuozzo). Virtual appliance has a web configuration interface.
Key features
- Easy installation. In fact you only need to download our VMWare image and click "Run" in VMWare server or other Virtualization environments. No additional setup is required.
- No configuration changes. VM appliance runs as a separate machine in Your IT environment so there is no need to change any server or network configuration.
- Security. BusinessWiki VM runs on a separate virtual machine so you don't have to worry about data security, viruses etc.
What's included
- Debian Linux installation with many usefull tools which you can use separately from BusinessWiki.
- Data backups are enabled by default - at the same intervals as on our onbusinesswiki.com. Learn more.
